do you suffer from anxiety? Muscle twitches are very common anywhere in the body. I have had them on and off since my 20s due to anxiety. I’m now in my 50s and still here! LOL even athletes get them a lot due to how they use their muscles. Muscle twitches are just one of the symptoms I have had due to stress and anxiety. Just get your yearly physical at your doctors like everybody should and if that is fine, go about your life. The more I paid attention to the twitches The more I had because they increase with anxiety. Learn ways to reduce your anxiety. Listening to mindfulness meditation’s on YouTube For anxietydrastically reduce my symptoms. take care of yourself 🌸🌸🌸🙂

I get this all the time when I'm having bad anxiety. It's just bc you tense up your muscles (all over your body) when you're anxious and then that causes them to twitch and spasm sometimes. Even tho you don't realize you're tensing your body, you are. The first time it happened to me I freaked out and thought it was my heart, but it's not its just your muscles spazzing out from being so tense.
