Chest pain.

Let me start by saying about 3-4 months ago I had a chest x-ray done, EKG, Echo of the heart, and a 24-hour holter which all came back as normal. I'm 23 years old, female, 5'2 and weigh about 100 lbs (a bit underweight.)

For about 6 days now I've been having chest pain.

It all started the night after I did a small chore I'm not used to doing. That night, I felt a pinch on the left side of the chest. This would last about 5 minutes then go off and return in an hour or less or more. Next day this pinching pain kept coming and going on and off during the whole day. Later though this pain was no longer a pinch. It feels almost like a burning or stabbing sensation and its more towards the center of my chest. It get's worse with position, so if I'm sitting uncomfortable it hurts and if I lay down comfortably it relaxes. It's also alot worse if I'm tired, so especially get's worse by the end of the day. Today however the pain seems to be moving back more towards the left side of my chest.

I also suffer from bad panic/anxiety/depression so I keep thinking it's something life threatening even after all those tests. What do you think? Go back to the doctor? Or is this muscle pain?
