it is difficult to figure what kind of pain you are suffering from, but when you mentioned that the pains started after a meal, the first thing that jumped to my mind was something possibly with the digestive track. Have the doctors considered checking if you have Gallbladder disease, or also, GERD (gastro reflux disease)? The Gallbladder can become very very painful usually after a meal, especially one consisting of lipids, and GERD is mainly a more intense indigestion kind of pain. They have medical solutions to stop the pains for both conditions, so please let the doctors consider either Gallbladder, or, GERD. I hope they can find what is causing your pains, and wish you luck!

I agree with Brenda....if you had any type of COPD, all the tests you have had would have shown it. You may want to get a second opinion. Some other doctor may want to try additional tests. Best of luck to you - you are SO young to be having issues like this!

Im 29 and they told me i got COPD becuase my lungs are inflamated, i had 7 years smoking weed and never had a problem until one day, I read of many cannabis users who have chest pain too, all of them conclude its the amonia they put on the black market to give it volume and kill the fungus, and then i read the symptoms of amonia inhalation and they match, non of my doctors though about it.
Also i was reading about the Hiatal Hernia which makes the stomach push the heart and lungs causing many disorders and the stomach fumes go up burning the bronchios and the esophagus and even causing brochoectasis, so my next visit will be with the gastroenterologist too.
just sharing my recent experience i hope it helps, i have one month and the relief has been very slow so im researching myself to see whats going on in my body.
wish you well bro
