For the last 4 day off and on I am getting sharp pain on my left side of my chest. Also went down into my arm. Last night it happened again, and I have a dull pain in my arm. Could not sleep got up and took my blood pressure it was 107/9/100

Hi sorry that no one has responded to your post before now you would obviously be very worried and scared.
Have you ever had it before and if so did you see your GP to get it checked out, if not then you should when you next see them, depending on your age and other health issues it will probably turn out to be muscular as their are many things other than the heart that cause chest pain.
Your BP figure looks strange, have you put it down wrong???
Is it in the centre, does it hurt when you press on it
