I also have chest pain and pain in my forearm all the way to my hand. Sometimes the pain in my arm is tingling. I am not sure how to relates to the virus but my heart and lungs look good on any test i have done. So its not because of them. I have random pains all over my body as well.

    Hi Ashley,

It is nice to see a post from you. I'm so sorry to hear you are having chest pain, it must be a frightening thing and I really hope things settle down soon. I experienced a lot of different aches and pains in glandular areas during the virus, that area around where your spleen / liver is between your chest and abdomen is a common area to get pain as it is a main area for glands. I do think it can be common for the virus to cause cold hands / arms / feet too - the low grade fever definitely messed with my temperature regulation too - a B100 complex vitamin and herbs like chamomile, cayenne pepper can be good for helping to settle the nervous system down.

It is reassuring that your blood pressure was normal, it's wise always to check in with the doctor Ashley and only understandable that this virus causes such worry and anxiety because of all the awful symptoms and longevity. Just want to reassure you that things DO get better with time and that you WILL get over this - truly I believe that given my own recovery experience after such a tough time with it and reading the recovery stories of many other folks who were unwell for an extended period and went on to make a full recovery. It just takes time sometimes unfortunately, but I believe you will get there with God's help!

    Craig
