As you have been prescribed GTN spray I'm presuming you have either angina or maybe heart spasms and as its only worked for a short space of time I suggest you call your primary physician and get their advice, he may well tell to dose again or visit your A&E department to be checked out
Don't panic though as that will just make it worse,

Same happens to me, becoming more frequent even tho i been put on beta blockers. Had test done they said structure of my heart fine. Think it happening every time i am walking a mile or so or housework.. Then i can feel funny when i just sat down and have chest back arm pain. I walked to post office for my boss other day. my heart rate went from 60 to 170 (only a 10 min walk) Is this normal? i felt my chest aching too. i convinced i got angina which i explained to the docs as of symptons but they still not saying they are sure it is.
