When Im playing video games and im in intense scenario, i cant control the adrenaline and it will burst into anxiety or panic attack then I will feel stabbing chest pain and it made me more anxious. Sometimes when Im sleeping I will suddenly wake up with chest pains, can someone explain to me what is going on?

Have you seen a doctor or had any test heart related?
I get that asking for help online can be good, and often chest pain are just normal (especially during panic attacks!), but if you feel sharp pains when your heart is accelerating, better go ask for professional help before hand.
