Chest pain after infection. Is it worth seeing my GP?

Hi, I recently had a chest infection(only cleared up about a week ago) and when I visited my GP he said that my right lung wasn’t completely filling with air, but was probably a result of the chest infection. So he prescribed me 500mg of Amoxicillin 3 times a day for 5 days. All was well and cleared up. Since it cleared up I’ve noticed a dull ache on the right hand side of my chest about three ribs up from the bottom, about 8-10cm away from the middle of my rib cage and seems to intensify slightly when I breath. I’m 21 in good health and in good shape. I have previously used steroids(500mg Test cyp/week) and smoke 15-20 tabs a day. Is this something I should be worried about or should I just leave it and see if it clears up on it’s own?

Best wishes
