Chest pain after mountain climbing

Posted ,

When I was a senior in high school, our class went on a trip to climb a mountain. We climbed a small mountain that took a total of roughly 2 hours. Back then, I wasn't a person who regularly exercised. I was part of a martial arts club at school but that was it. Anyways, after climbing that mountain, that night, my chest started to hurt (sort of like a muscle ache I guess, on my chest right in the middle) I couldn't stay awake because it was hurting so I went straight to bed just so that I could not feel the pain. Does this mean anything or is it that my heart was just tired after the activity?
