Chest Pain after sleeping?

I've had anxiety for years, and I've experienced chest pains from anxiety before too. But almost every day I wake up and have a dull chest pain. It usually fades by the afternoon and then the next morning it's back again.

I'm curious if this is anxiety or just perhaps the way I'm sleeping? Like maybe the position I sleep in is tensing my muscles? So strange. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I have this all the time and have had ecg chest x ray and blood work all come back clear. Dr says it’s anxiety (feel like that’s all they ever say)

I had an EKG done once before also! But that was when my chest pains were during the day. This is just in the morning, very strange lol

Could be either. Do you also feel more anxious in the morning? If not, it could very well be your positioning.

Not really, I haven't feel anxious in general lately but I know that doesn't matter and physical symptoms still show up -_-

I only start to feel a little anxious when I feel that pain in the AM
