Chest pain all day

I'm experiencing chest pain and I've had it all day from 5am until now, 5:30pm.

I'm a 27 year old male and out of shape/not fit and obese, love to eat.

I don't have any family history or no history at all with heart attacks or anything at all. There has been no shortness of breath, cold sweats, nausea, or anything at all.

Sometimes when I turn the wrong way or move the wrong way, I can feel a sharp pain. I feel like the chest pain I've been experiencing all day is right in the middle.

While I was at work (School Cafeteria Worker) my manager told me to go see the nurse, which I did, and my blood pressure and everything was fine. I took some tums that they gave me and, I feel like it helped some? But then, maybe not because it's just gone back to being really discomforting.

Anyone know what's the matter with me? Need more details? Let me know!

Breathing in all the way through my nose hurts too.

And scared to move around without feeling sharp pain. I can't even yawn!

    And getting up hurts too.

Hi I'm pretty sure you should go to a chiropractor and they will adjust your back to get it right. That should solve this problem
