I had an ecg again today.  Doctor does not think I need to be referred. I just don't believe anybody.

I'd try to see another GP if it's something you'd be comfortable with doing so.. I've found some doctors to be useless with mental health related troubles, and some to be exceptionally kind and helpful. Good luck today x

Ive had my ecg and blood work done just recently 2 and I always tell myself its just the anxiety as hard as it is 2 believe and some of it is also side effects of my new meds I think too

I have constant headaches and general thoracic pain but I attribute it to humidity (if it gets storm my head feels horrendous) medication side effects, lack of nutrition and poor sleep hygiene, anxiety and hypochondria..

I find a drop of lavender oil massaged gently into the temples and my neck helps, as well as cold compress and a dark room. The Body Shop also sell a massage oil which is lavender and chamomile, it smells incredible and leaves skin nice and soft. Try some in a bath, also.

    Sorry I can't help more, I hope you're feeling a little better soon.. x
