Chest pain associated with hunger

Last night I was hungry and had abnormally bad hunger pains and then this morning I woke up at 6 am (really early for me) with the same hunger pains except this time they were worse and I also had pains in the centre of my chest. The pain isn't constant, its fine for a little bit and then I get a strong wave of pain that lasts for a few seconds. I've had moderate and constant pain in my chest all day and when I get hungry I get the waves of more severe pain. It seemed to only be when I was hungry but it now seems like it's also right after eating as I just ate and it hasn't gone away. It's now just the pain in my chest and no abnormally bad hunger pains. I've also had a hard time falling asleep recently, I have to reposition repeatedly for 10-20 minutes nearly every night. I also have some issues with anxiety and have had panic attacks before, though they've decreased in frequency in the past months. My sleeping schedule isn't inherently bad, I go to sleep around 11 pm most nights and wake up at 7 am. My diet isn't great but it isn't absolutely terrible and I've never had any problems associated with my diet in the past. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions for what could be causing this, I normally wouldn't be overly concerned but chest pains are on of those things that I'm aware you don't mess around with
