Chest pain caused by cold

Does anyone experience chest pain right down the middle and then settles on the left breast, when it’s really cold. If I stay warm, I don’t have pain. It’s only when it’s really cold or I go out without a jacket or without my chest covered with layers. My primary hasn’t diagnosed me yet. I’ve brought it up but get no comment out of her.

The cold months kill me. They say its from guarding. The tension makes the pain. I have yet to get a diagnosis but I am learning what are triggers, i am making an appt eith pain management or a rheumatologist myself.

What do you do for the pain?  I keep my chest covered and stay as warm as I can. I love the cold, so this is really hard for me. And, when I am in pain I take 500 mg of naproxen, it eases the pain.
