Chest pain for months

Ok. Ill try this . I've been having mild almost stabbing/pressure in the center of my chest . does not move or radiate anywhere else . so went to gp twice . 2 ekgs were normal . all my lvls are normal now . cool . sugars and such . also ran a crp blood test that came back a 1.74 so Preety low there to . also some times with the pain comes dizzyness . tingling in hands and feet . fast and loud heartbeat sweating . that lasts about a few hours then goes back to a foggy and tired feeling with chest pain. Dr seems to think its gerd but have been on pills for that for over a year and still happening . wife thinks anxity . anyone have same symptoms or ideas ? Have stress test set up at end of month to

    If they have not done a chest X-ray, it would be a good idea to have one done.

      Might be the next step after the stress test . some side notes I didn't mention . I'm 36 years old. No family history of heart problems drink occasionally but do smoke
