Chest pain , is ir a sign of a heart attack ?

hi everyone , I have been having for a week this mild to sharp pain in my left chest ( im a 20 year old woman ) it mostly comes often at night when I try to sleep , this chest pain sort of like pinching and burning and my left arm kind of hurt too , I get so anxious about it that I barely get any sleep even doe I drink sleeping pills .. Can someone please tell me if its worth getting worried about it ?

    Hi if you are so worried I suggest you go and see your GP and ask for their opinion

    No one can say for definite on an Internet forum what is causing your pain but at 20 the chances are it's either muscle pain or anxiety especially as it seems to be round the same time each day, where are you getting the sleeping tablets from
