so i noticed that when i tilt my head or turn in a certain direction and hold it there i feel a pain in my back almost in my shoulder blade area and in the chest area on the left. is this something i should be concerned about? im only asking because i dont have health insurance currently 😕

Hi it sounds like a muscle problem and when you turn your neck it is affecting it.
