So I must admit that my anxiety has lightened up Aalooottt because I was in a dark area for a long time anxiety so bad that everything on my body just hurt couldn't sleep couldn't eat heart palpitations shortness of breath and I couldn't do daily activities like go outside and enjoy the fresh air.. but now I'm in a new environment and I'm doing better except sometimes my anxiety wants to act up .. I usually get chest pains that comes and goes and I can deal with that but now it feels like something is sitting on my chest and I'm getting worried. This is day two now that this aching pain been here like I really feel it when I bend over I get a little short of breath and I have a mild headache today should I be worried !??

Hi. Maybe some mindfulness and meditation techniques might help.  It takes a little practice, but it helps to refocus your mind away from all the thoughts and worries that pop into your mind.  Think of you brain as a muscle and you need to strengthen that muscle to be able to control what it thinks about.  Try some meditation.  There are some on YouTube. Also I use the phone app called “Calm”.   Hope this helps.

I definitely do meditation often and no I haven't seen a dr I've already been to the er plenty of times with my anxiety and they ran a bunch of test and diagnosed me with Gad and I usually overlook all my pain and symptoms because I thought I had kidney infections cancer appendicitis everything u can think of and it turned out to be anxiety but if my chest keeps feeling like this I'm definitely going to get checked out
