Chest pain, lungs hurting, high blood pressure

Hello everyone, I have been having extremely bad pains in my chest and lunges for 4 days now, rapid heart beat and my blood pressure is 139/98, i'm 19 years old and this doesn't seem normal for someone my age, any ideas? i'm seeing my doc tomorrow as she is the only one i trust at my local gp, recently got diagnosed with tetanus and got my anti vaccine and immunoglobulin a bout a week ago, could this be an bad react from that? as it started around the same time i got the shots.

    Just like too add that i am not obese, i workout and sitting around 78KG in bodyweight and my diet is fairly clean.
