Chest pain on right side of chest

Posted , 4 users are following.

I've been having pain on the right side on my chest, my Breast area. The pain goes to my armpit and middle back upper area. It's hurts to use my right arm, pull shoulder back or push on it. I'm scared of a heart attack, blood clot or anything to do with my lungs! I'm 22 years old and already seen a heart speacialist in june a few months ago and he said my heart was healthy. I suffer from health anxiety and I'm freaking out 😔😔😔

    Hi Rebekah,

Sorry to hear 😕I am new to the forum and just learned about health anxiety... I had health anxiety when I was about 11 or 12 . I'm sorry you are in pain. Do any of the techniques help . Breathing, meditation, walking, self talk, ? I use the breathing technique a lot these days with my anxiety every day. I don't have health anxiety. My anxiety has unfortunately caused a lot of physical symptoms... I'm literally making myself more unhealthy! I hope something helps that I mentioned. I also found swimming calming... I hope you start to feel better💚 Take care of yourself... do good things for your self every day.

I also suffer from that. Was it consistent? I've been having it for 6 days it gets worse after I eat

It comes & goes but its more consistent when my anxiety gets out of control for a while. Mine would get worse too, heartburn, nausea, bloating
