Chest pain/pressure and numb right arm.. any relief?

ive had on and off chest pain and tightness since i had a really bad cold back in march this year. i had ecg test, blood tests and an x ray in june - all ok.

but this chest pain flares up every few weeks, laying on my side relieves the pressure a bit, ive spoken to doctors today theyre not concerned of it being anything too serious as its ongoing snd tests were fine.

any idea what it could be? and how can i relieve it, could stretches maybe help?
