Chest pain really scared I'm 17 6'3

I have had chest pain for 3 days it seems to be coming from my back where the back off my lung is and shooting across my chest and making me think I'm having a heart attack it stays there for about 10 seconds and the goes and comes back 2-3 hours later but the pain ain't as bad as it was the first day I had it but I'm scared off having a heart attack at 17!!!!

I don't smoke

No heart problems since this has happened don't even know If it's the heart yet

No other pain anywhere else except left four arm only happens today

Please help me I'm really scared

    Hi, from what I see as I think it's from ur head. He worrying too much as I been thru similar as what u going thru as small pain and I panic thinking I will have heart attack or die etc...u need to think positive and knowing u are fine. Best get it checked at Dr 1st and have tests to make sure. Good luck

      its scary I have to started taking vitamins for my heart because I'm so worried but I will go doctors

      I think I had anxiety attack today as well my body was numb and had Dry mouth and I had to keep moving felt like I was going to faint and die it's scary considering Im only 17 thanks for the answer I will get checked over by my Dr

    The  likelihood is that it is nothing serious and simple checks at your GP will reassure you. It is causing you a lot of worry so do it quickly so you can get on with your life , without this worry
