Chest pain/stomach

hi hope someone may have any ideas or similar problems....so since march 2020 I've suffered horrendous chest pain been to a and e multiple times.... had heart checks all good .... done panic anxiety courses as was told could be that.... still suffering except the last 6 weeks I've had rapid weight gain even though my diet hasnt change but it's all on my stomach I look 9 months pregnant and the pain has extended to top of stomach and radiates to the right hand side and my back.... I've been on lansaprozole since april had gastotropy yesterday which showed nothing ... just left me with bad chest pain today.... I,m scared about what to eat because the pain is horrendous most days.... am waiting on a scan.... I,m 51 and been going through the change for a few years now think I,m coming to the end..... anybody has similar and if so what was the outcome... many thanks sherrie
