Hi, my condition is so bad I can't stop the pills, if I do I get very sick, I'll be having a Nissans Fundoplication shortly, so good luck to me.

p.s. I hope you don't get worse Rocca.

Why does everyone always blame the PPI as the cause of the problem. By stopping has the problem gone away?

Chest pain can be caused by all manner of problems. Is it chest pain or is it heartburn.

I get pain when I eat certain foods or go long periods without eating or I need to take more of my PPI, not stop it.  You need to see if you can find any pattern to the pain

I agree...I have never seen such hatred toward a prescription drug...It has given me my life back and it is so helpful but people tell me im crazy for taking it...what about people with high blood pressure, they have to take meds or diabetes...just sayin..I don't get it...alot of people also say it causes them anxiety attacks...it has made me feel so relaxed now because I don't worry about getting the chest pains every night!
