Can you describe the pains? Are they dull, achy and almost constant or sharp, stabbing, random pains? Do you suffer with any other symptoms, no matter how unrelated they may be to your chest pains?

Could be referred pain, where a problem in one part of the body causes pain in another, totally unrelated area of your body. I suffer with a lot of digestive problems, but keep getting random, sharp pains in my chest, it worried me at first until a combination of ECG's, chest X-Rays and numerous tests revealed nothing. My doctor told me the bowels are a complex network of nerves and problems in this area can cause chest pains. Now I just live with the chest pains. Perhaps it might be a problem with your lungs possibly.

The fact that your tests to date have shown good results is a definite positive, try to take some comfort in that. If it gets worse then seek medical advice.
