Chest pains and headaches

hello im 20 years old and a male, recently for about 3 months ive had chest pains on my left side and in my arm...at first they thought it was heart problems well months later and hospital visits later after a bunch of blood test and EKGs they dont know what is wrong, ive had ct scans, xrays, lung checks, ultra sound and eveything under the sun and they cant find out what is causing this! even last resort had my tonsils taken out and put on indigestion medicine and no luck. i can be the first person to walk this earth with this problem and to round it off when this all started i was just driving down the road
