Chest Pains! Suggestions please :)

I am a 28 year old F. For quite a while I have been getting chests pains that come and go.

Over the last couple of years the tests I have had are:

Chest xray - Normal

Echocardiography - Came back with sinus bradycardia ( slower heart rate) and nothing else

Blood test for heart - Normal

ECG - Normal

I have seen a cardiologist which was ages ago and he didn't think I needed any further testing done.

The pains get bad when I exercise and sometimes when I lie down. I have no idea what to think!

Any suggestions would be great! Thanks.*
