Chest pains that come and go

Hi i am 18 year old male and i am having constant chest pain and excessive belching for a few months. The chest pain comes and go and sometime is dull and sometime very sharp.I have been to cardiologist and after doing my ecg(ekg) and 2d echo and a throid test he said i was fine.He said that in your age and your health(im slim) its unlikely the problem is heart.

I even went to a gastroentrologist to see if i have gerd and the moment i told about my condition he said that this must be anxiety and nothing else. But i am still not convinced my belching has not stop even after medication and chest pain is also there.though i dont have heartburn, palpitation or other symptoms of diseases.pls help.

This could be anything from a pulled muscle to a small heart defect.

Without knowing the exact symptoms it's hard to attempt to narrow down.

Do you smoke? Is the pain on the left side of your chest? Does it make you breathless or feel like there's a pressure on top of You? Have you ever been diagnosed with any respiratory problems?

A lot of young people suffer with localised chest pain that can be mistaken for heart pain. Muscular divers run over the upper chest, if these should bruise or be damaged the muscles will have a very difficult time stretching correctly, depending on the depth of the damage this can indeed be a dull ache to a sharp ripping pressure like pain. This can make the simple task of breathing mildly uncomfortable or in some cases actually quite painful.

Excuse my poor grammar, typing this on a phone means I'm subject to auto correct.

Well after few days my chest pain has stopped but my constant belching is still there.I dont have heartburn or any other symptoms of gerd but there are some days where i burp all day.I dont even like to go out now because of this.

I took some probiotic thinking it might help but the problem is still there.

Also i noticed that after walking for some time i get mild pain in upper part of my stomach just below rib cage.
