I feel weird in my chest like awful feeling I don't know if it's heart Palpitations doing it..deep feeling of something, I remember time when I first went through it I use to feel like food riding up and down but I don't think that could happen..all in the mind I guess I wouldn't mind chest X Ray on it or maybe it's my stomach making me fl funny anybody with any of these issues.

I think acid reflux or gerd could cause this.
Try juicing some cabbage. I've heard it's a miracle for it, if that's what's causing it.

You're not alone.
I honestly get 3 to 5 days a month where I feel great, then the balance is a struggle.

Yes i do. Sometimes I swear my heart is racing and I get dizzy.
I'm taking iron pills now because iron level was low

Hi gilly, no chest tightness, but I have asthma but I don't think it's that although hormones can make anything you suffer with worst.
