On Sertraline for 9 weeks 50mg and I am still getting these side effects. A lot of the times it's when i eat something but even if I don't it occurs too. This in turn heightens my anxiety and I panic. Did anyone ever experience this too at week 9? Does it go away? Anything I can do? Thanks!

Hi Willard and yes know what your going through - took 50 mg sertraline for 5 weeks never felt so bad in my life - constant chest aches not sure if caused by acid reflux\indigestion but stomach was definitely off aswell - still suffering now and been off them 12 days - I also felt chest tightness and like being breathless as soon as i did ought agian not sure if anxiety but if anxiety it would come and go mine has been constant.
Also after meals seemed worse but was there all the while - doc put me on omeprazole 20mg didn`t really make much difference tbh just hoping to feel better soon as been so ill over the last 6 weeks - wish i never started these tablets :0(
