Chest Xray

My doctor is sending me for a chest X ray as she said after examining me i was quiet on one side what does this mean , i did ask what a xray might show but she brushed my question off . I saw the doctor because i am recovering from pneumonia.

    I am not a doctor, but it is more than likrely that you still have traces of pnemonia left on that lung. Do not worry, the results do not take long and you will soon know.

      I had a lot of pain in my left side yet she said it was quiet on the right side is it possble i have scarring ?

    Reduced air entry to one side might be nothing or a plug of mucus from the infection preventing full expansion of the lung. Usually gets better with coughing over a few weeks!
