stress and anxiety  in conjunction with a known medical condition can make that  condition seem worse,,,     all kinds of symptoms can manifest themselves through stress.. sometimes knowing that you are not alone can eleviate the  effects of stress  and therefore make your  other condition seem less  intense..   if you can manage your CF..then kinda concentrate on reducing your feelings of stress by  doing what you are doing .. communicating..  very best wishes

hi again kirsty    well done for managing this far     hospitals can be a nightmare but also very comforting ..         seems you have a mild infection that will respond to anti biotics  in the main  but   breathing exercises are  kinda important     dont let    the infection nget hold through  not  exercising..  and clearing     infected material from your lung cavities ..  i suggest    ibuprofen  as an analgesic  both for pain relief and for  inflamation control .  but,, as in all cases you should be guided by a doctors advice   again best wishes  and dont get disheartened
