Chicken Pox Extreme Pain Can't Sleep

hello everyone, I contracted chicken pox about 4 days ago, it was then when I saw the first blister .. I'm 18 years old and never had chicken pox before .. In the case of blister all over the body they are fine they don't annoy or cause much pain but my scrotum is filled with blisters and it is red and crusty all the time and hurts like hell, it is itchy too but the pain or you can say burning sensation is the main problem, it just won't go away it's been 2 days since they've been giving me pain and because of this I can't sleep, doesn't matter how hard I try ... so please can someone suggest some solution to relieve this horrible pain ..the only relief method I can use is Ice cubes but after 1 2 minutes of removing them the pain comes back
