Yes you have to stay away from someone with chicken pox. I know that people with Addison's disease when in danger of infection need to double their medication for two days (I do it three days sometimes) to help the adrenals to deal with the physical stress of an infection. (When I get a head cold, I double the amount of hydrocortisone I am on for two to three days, if I do not do that, I end up having pneumonia). do you have hyperthyroidism of Grave's disease?

Can you avoid touching your daughter? dose she sneeze or cough? If you have to be near her. feed her use gloves, wash your hands, wear a face mask. Can somebody else look after her? have you doubled the amount of cortisone you take for 2 or three days>
Hope everything goes well for you.
