Chills from Anxiety ?

Is it possible that you can get chills from anxiety and panic?  It happens often when I’m anxious and there’s no fever.  I can be fine one minute and then feel frozen with no temperature change in the house.  I’m suspicious because I was fine this morning. Then I found that I’d missed a phone call yesterday and the voice message was upsetting and I can’t reach the person who called.  This is just awful and I can’t get anything done because I’m trying to stay covered til the chills go away.  Took a Klonapin but the panic is still there.  Please let me know if this is a usual symptom because I just know my next reaction will be the kickoff of a round of hypochondria.

Hiya. I think this is quite normal. When my anxiety was really bad two weeks ago. My legs were shaking, teeth chattering and I was freezing cold. I had to have a blanket around me or layers of clothing on for three days xx

It will get better though. I am heaps better than I was a week ago. Mine came all of sudden.

      How long have you suffered?

Happening as I write this.  Seems like the last two days have been the worst.  I started noticing that for some time now in the mornings I go through chills followed by sudden hot feeling.  It's crazy.  Sometimes I have chills just on one side even!
