Chin Swollen but after a few weeks the swollen become a lump

Hi Everyone, my grand daughter fall in the bathroom and her chin hit the floor. At first it was swollen, and the doctor gave a medication to reduce swollen. but after a few weeks, the swollen subside but there seems to be a lump on her chin which will not go. What should I do?

    Nothing, it will go away, but very slowly, she has a blood blister and even though you cannot see it you can feel it, her body will absorb it eventually. 

    I had one on the side of my leg for months after an accident to my leg, all I did to help that hard lump was gentle massage in and around, you don't want to cause more bleeding into tissue.
