Chocolate!

I'm big at the baking and found some really great healthy recipes for desserts and snacks for people trying to get a healthier life style, but a couple of them have chocolate in them....am I ok in having any of this (in very small quantities, they are still a luxury!) or will it kill my system??

Dunno if I'd risk it as it would take you well over yr 5g of fat per 100g. If you do try them when uv not gotta go far for a couple of days lol. Just watch the calories too. Enjoy smile

I'm confused though, it's meant to be a healthy recipe, and its using low sugar dark chocolate, in addition to oats and banana to make snacks. I wanna have a healthier lifestyle by making things fresh and with low fat ingredients....but I feel like I'm really limited in what I can eat...

when some foods say they are healthy they actually aren't thats why you have to read the labels for example a lot of 'healthy' cereal bars are loaded with fat i could have 3 dinners for the amount of fat in them. These tablets are to help you eat a low fat healthy diet

The thing is these tablets rid ALL fat. Salmon is so good for you but these tablets look at it as fat. So nuts and all healthy things are not good whilst taking these.

Low fat all the way 100%

Thats the crap part, I have to cut out certain healthy foods because of the fat....thats the downside to the tablets i guess. Yeah found recipes for salmon but the fat is way too high..

I can have a small fillet and I'm ok but everyone Is diff. Just try it when you are at home the next day. Well you can't have the best of both worlds eat everything u want and be thin smile

Well of course, like I said my diet at the moment is very strict, I'm just disapointed that things I thought where healthy aren't allowed, it's just a bit frustrating
