Chocolates and pregnancy

Hi everyone,

I'm Neima, I've been hearing that pregnant women better not eat chocolates. I'm a bit worrying because I've a little craving. Is it true?

Chocolates are not too bad, just avoid excess. Dark chocolates are safer than milky one but you simply have to check its packages before enjoying them.

Fortunately, I always prefer dark chocolates to milky one. I rarely check the boxes but I suppose that it is important to check its ingredients as well as its calory rate.

Yeah, that’s it Neima but it is also important in a way you come to buy unreal one, that is dark chocolates mixed with other ingredients but not totally the real dark chocolate.

I use to order at Delices & Gourmandises and “cocoa powder” is first mentioned in the boxes. How can I know that it is real?

Everything in moderation. Yes, healthier chocalate is better, but not too much of any sweet is best. Apparently the best chocolate has the most cocoa butter. Don't deprive yourself, enjoy a little!
