Choking coughing fit in Sainsbury’s

so embarrassing, i smelt a womens perfume as she walked past and it set me off, tickly throat, running nose, coughing uncontrollably, sneezing at the same time, eyes streaming, hello ovulation, hello high histamine, this sucks 😦

    I get this same exact thing.. its awful cant breathe and cant stop choking..i have had it bad with fresh cut flowers inside stores at the register while checking out! ive had to drop everything and leave...

      its horrible isnt it, was never like this until my periods changed x

    OMG ladies i thought it was just me who had over dramatic coughing fits, im choking so much i can't breath. i get these just from breathing in air or yawning or as you are toria with perfume or any strong smells like bleach. its quite scary when your gasping for breath and your eyes are streaming.

      no worries at all lovely, antihistamines help but they mess up my stomach, well make it worse, so i dont take them, not looking forward to this week as pollen count is very high. i know its hormone related as im an ex florist x
