Cholestyramine and Hydroxychloroquine - RA - Conception

DX: Rheumatiod Arthirits.....As of 2/2/18 I started taking in combination Cholestyramine and Hydroxycholoroquine. This is to flush my system of Leflunomide for future conception and new med to treat RA. My body immediately felt flushed, red cheeks(hot), nausea, and dizziness. I decided to wait on the Hydroxy until after my 11 days, 3x daily was finished of the flush. Immediately I started having superficial chest and neck pain. It feels like maybe lymph node or muscle pain. I am not noticing any swelling. The pain is quite significant. I have feelings of anxiety, tachycardia, chest pressure but not sure if this is something new. This is going to be a long 10 more days. Any insight to this issue? I feel like I am poisoning my body and it is scary to think that this is ok for a fetus. Thank You, Kelly

    This is not okay Kelly. You need to talk to your doctor because it sounds to me like you are having an allergic reaction to one of those medications that you started. Please talk to your doctor before you take any more doses.
