    Hi Christine.

Welcome to this forum. Hopefully you'll get any questions you have answered.

I have had continual flares for the last 2 years with no let up.

I now have a disc bulge in lower back which is causing me considerable pain in my lwer back, legs and feet.

    Gentle Hugs

    Catherine

I have had CFS with probable fibro for 15 months now, but many of the symptoms predate that. Since last yr I have had symptoms everyday....all day too....however there have been days and weeks when they have eased slightly. I have become a stoic, awful really but you have to push on. I was in shock this time last yr, with the sudden change in my health. After a decent few weeks I think I am now having a flare up, shocking cramps and neuro stuff.

HI, feel for you if you are going through a flare up, I too get really severe cramps more like strong muscle spasms in my legs and mainly of a night, its a viscous circle because of sleepless nights am left so tired next day.

my doctor prescribed ROPRININOL, which I Think help a bit, have had 2 back ops so not sure if it is also neuro pain from spine.

on a positive note I Try to keep strong and positive and lead a good life most of the time then pace things when I Have a flare up, what do you take for the pain,

Hope your flare up eases off soon, keep strong

      Christine
