Chronic abdominal pain, all tests and scans came back good

it's been 7 months now since this abdominal pain started, right side and under my belly bottom. This pain never goes, I'm taking paracetamol, buscompan and morphine, I can't even walk properly. All my blood tests came back normal, CT scan and MRI scan came back normal.

At the beginning I had bloody diarrhea, going to toilet 6 times per day, and now I'm constipated, taking laxatives and I keep seeing blood in the stools. Also, I can be doing something simple, easy and suddenly I get so low in energy and need to rest for a while.

Doctors don't know the reason for my pain, they call it a mistery. I'm so frustrated, I want to be normal again.

Regarding my food, I'm only eating clean fish, chicken and potatoes and Ensure juice.

I'm feeling sick, and I'm only being given painkillers, laxatives and phosphate supplement.

Anyone here is going though the same situation? Any solution?
