Hello,is there anyone else who suffers from chronic anxiety headaches every day?

Hi Maggie. No headaches but I have had terrible anxiety for the last 4 months. Every single thing gives me anxiety. Even the littlest things that normally wouldn't. It's awful! And I have it from the moment i wake up. The only thing that seems to help is Ativan, but i don't like taking that everyday.
