Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis Any Successful Treatment or Cure ?

I am Been Suffering from Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis with semen Test  positive for e coli klebsielle and entrococci species My testicles are shrunken with Right epidydimitis and Lowered right testicles i am ejuclating Yellow semen and blood sometimes with

Reduced semen parameters , My Sperm Analysis Shows Low sperm count with Low motility & only 1-2 % live sperms and i am also Suffering from Recurring Uti My symptoms Include Pain and discomfort in testicles pelvic Pain groin Pain pubis penile pain I have been using Antibiotics since 5 years , I have no idea how to get rid of this thing Any help wil be appreciated .

    I also have entrococci and serrattia m... I don't have the symptoms you have but I have really bad urithra inflamation all the time. I am on Levaquin for 28 days, Cipro and Doxacilian did not work. Levaquin seems to be doing the best so far. I would suggest taking flomax before you go to bed, it peaks in 6 hours, take the levaquin when you wake up, it peaks in one hour. The idea is to use the flomax to soften up your blather and prostate so the levaquin can work better. it's working for me. I also ejaculate one hour after taking the levaquin to open up the seminal vents to also help the levaquin. If this doesn't work, I have 14 days left, I am going to demand an MRI of my prostate to see what's going on. hope this helps

    Good morning Richard, sorry to hear your having this bad of a problem. My advice would be to find a different urologis specialist ASAP. You most likely already have some permmanet damage done, as long this has been going on.  Since your uro has actually gone to the trouble to isolate the actual strain. He should be giving you  injections at the least, and possibly even IV antibiotics.And a high dose prednisone pack will help take down the inflamation.  This serious of an inspection can be ver very dangerous.

    I have had the same problem for years, and I dont think you ever get it "healed" The only time I had one as bad as what you have now was after a failed PAE procedure. My DOC put me on high dose prednisone, daily injections of Rocephyn,and 21 days of Clarythromycin 500 mg,

    Also there are some other threads on here that discuss different treatments. But one interesting one is a clinic out in CA that identifies the exact strain of bug you have, then inject a coctail of the correct antibiotics directly into the prostate.

    Good luck Sir, you really need to get the correct treatment ans quickly.

      add prostatisus for 4 month this was first time hope it the last been ok for 2 month

      I'm really, really sorry for bothering you but I'm desperate. Got infected 3 1/2 years ago and I can't get better.

      Do you happen to know the name of the Dr or thecname of his clinic. I would be so thankful to you if you can get the information I need

    Looks like No urologists show interest in patients suffering from Prostate related problems as they have no good treatment and Obviously no Cure we have to admit to it .

    You should consult a Urologist my case is more worst where i was self diagnosing for a while and it ruined my life now . You need a medical Help .
