Chronic BV every month for a year

So the first time I got BV was after I started using birth control for a month and because I started becoming sexually active with this guy, found out later he was sleeping and has had casual unprotected sex with other girls too before.

Anyway, I've tried everything from vitamin d, vitamin c, folic acid, probiotics, antibiotics, nothing works. I was reading online abt biofilms and found a research that told me to do this:

1. Get rid of biofilm

get NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) mix with water and douche to destroy biofilm while on antibiotics

2. Take antibiotics to kill all bacteria (yes, even the good ones) I have clindamycin oral antibiotics and metronidazole suppositories

3. Re-populate your whole body with good bacteria

Start probiotics, eat a lot of yogurt, kimchi, kombucha, pickled fruits, etc. for a month straight oh and i'd probably detox my body first for one-two whole day before starting antibiotics

no sex, no carbs, no sugar and see where it goes.

also anyone has any experience with NAC? I tried a biofilm disruptor pill filled with enzymes while on fluomizin but it didnt do anything so i'm hoping this works.

try raw probiotics for women.... they work amazing for me.....ive tried other probiotics and all they did was make my stomach have bad cramps and the bv would come back.....so far with these i have no cramps no smell or discharge (and that was after taking my first pill that night and the next morning discharge and smell was gone) you can order them from amazon i found mine at walgreen but they were more money at walgreens

I think it comes from us the women messing with men & they carry it..but my gyno says a man can't have it but we the women are the carriers..that doesn't make a bit of sense!!
