Chronic colds and flus

Hi, this will be unfortunately a pretty long post but I'm desperate to find help.

Since the time I was born I have a problem of chronic illnesses. Mostly they are colds and flus, they usually start with sore throat and fever and transform into chesty cough. All the symptoms are pretty severe up to the extend of me having to cancel all my plans for at least 5 days and the time of getting back to 'health' (because health for me means runny nose anyways) takes around 10-12 days. I usually get sick around 10-11 times a year ever since I can remember. I have had two operations (adenoids removal, nasal septum straightening) and none of them brought any results. I have contacted all the sinus doctors I could and all of them said there's nothing wrong with my sinus and heavily blocked nose and sinus is a symptom rather than a cause. I have had multiple blood tests and detailed immune system tests done, which didn't show anything wrong. I have seen a naturopath and tried homeopathy, which brought no results as well. I have had strong body and sinus massages done, didn't help either. I have done multiple allergy tests, none of them came up with any bad results, same with food tolerance (I've tried multiple diets: gluten-free, dairy free, meat free). I have a pretty low blood pressure and frequent headaches, sometimes migraines. No one in the family or its history has had such problems with health.

Personally I am doing everything I can to keep my health. I always dress accordingly to the weather, I have a very balance diet, sleep at least 7 hours every day. I'm taking natural vitamins and a lot of vitamin D daily. I've had a dog, which was my only pet, however I've had allergy tests done for its fur and there was no allergy symptoms. Since I've moved out of my parents house and changed countries nothing has improved as well.

Currently I'm 21 and a university student in United Kingdom. I am doing my best to work for my future. Apart from university I have a part time job. Getting ill so frequently was never easy but at this time of my life it's ruining everything I have worked for of far (not being able to attend my shifts at work, interrupted studies). I am desperately looking for any kind of help since I have run out of doctors to go to and I just can't live like this.

Please if you have any idea what could help, please let me know.
