Chronic daily pain in behind left eye

I have a chronic daily pain issue in-behind my left eye that is accompanied with pulsating pins and needles feeling in the left forehead / temporalis area. It has been going on for 2 years now. I've done everything from physiotherapy to chiropractic to medication treatment. I've taken MRI scans and they couldn't find anything. at this point I am pretty desperate to try anything else

have you been to see an eye specialist ? i have the same issues after viral meninigits

turns out my optic nerve was being pushed forward in the left eye which was causing the pain and vision issues .

I have been to an optometrist, they checked the posterior chamber and couldnt find anything bad but I didnt see any other eye specialist. How did they end up treating your condition?
