it all started a month ago, i was driving to work going down the feeder road when i felt this faintness wash over me. i felt myself losing control and as if i was gonna pass out. I called my boyfriend and told him what had happen and when i got to work i let my boss know. I felt pretty normal the rest if the day until it cane time to driving home when i felt this weird dizziness. as the days went on this happen every time i was behind the wheel. Then at work when i was working at my desk. Movement of my head is definitly a trigger. i went the the ER two weeks ago when it got bad at work. They did not help me at all. I Went to see an ENT who ruled out vertigo. (i have had vertigo and it was a completely different sensation) what could this be? the ENT recommended i see a neurologist next

It is a good idea to see a neurologist but have you had your eyes checked recently as well? Also have you had your vitamin and mineral levels checked? You maybe deficient of something.

i have considered both of these. i did do a vision test at my work and my prescription seems to be up to date but I have considered other eye issues. I figured a neurologist could possibly detect an issue. And I did have my blood taking 3 times at the ER and wasn’t told of any deficiencies but I’m not sure if they check your vitamin levels. My aunt is a vitamin nut and gave me a new bottle of a very good women’s multi vitamin along with a B12 spray. And the ENT put me on magnesium oxide 500 mg and told me If it didn’t help I would need to seek a neurologist. That was over a week ago. And I’ve been taking all of the above every day. But definitely not ruling out a vitamin deficiency. I have a appointment with a PCP on June 4th so that I could get a referral to the neurologist hopefully. Maybe they can check my vitamin levels too? I’ll list the vitamins in the multi vitamin I’ve taken the last two weeks

      Magnesium oxide 500mg

      B12 500 mcg

      Vit A 5250 IU

      Vit C 60 mg

      Vit D 1000 IU

      VIT E 30 IU

      Vit K 80 mcg

      Thiamin or B1 2 mg

      Riboflavin or B2 2 mg

      Niacin 20 mg

      Vit B6 10 mg

      Folate 420 mcg

      More B12

      Biotin 315 mcg

      Pantothenic acid 10 mg

      Calcium 5 mg

      Iron 2 mg

      More magnesium

      Zinc 5 mg

      Selenium 74 mcg

      Manganese 1.5 mg

      Chromium 127 mcg

do you feel your symptoms have gotten any better since taking the vitamins? If not, see a neurologist. If nothing is coming up abnormal in blood and eye tests it is the most sensible thing to do.
