Evening all since ive been diagnosed with CP I am encountering the most unusual problems. Apart from my stools changing from soft/loose and it's colours. I am not feeling all the time extremely tired and severe muscle spasm round both my arms. I have bought various supplements from Holland & Barret and i am still feel these symptoms. I don't know if any one is having the same problems or has in the past and used any sort of medication to deal with it. I spoke to my Doctor and he said i should continue the Creons and it will stop after a while I am really confused because this started very recently. Not sure what to do I would appreciate anyone who can give me some advice on what to do.

That's the same way I feel. I have mostly leg muscle spasms but I do feel them in my arms occasionally, and I do feel tired and jittery too.

hi lawrence, hope you are doing well,, i faced similar problem many times and now sometimes it happens.. i use some quick techniques like:

massaging the leg muscle with mustard oil which is best for winter season and normally also, additionally i take hot bath which really gives me relax and for a certain period i really dont feel cramps/ spasm in the body.. however even after doing these things.. i always ensure to walk at least 45 minutes per day and eat porridge at least one time a day.. this gives me real relax and i really feel better after that... hope you get well soon
