Chronic High Blood Pressure

Posted , 3 users are following.

I am seventy years old and since the age of 30 I have had high blood pressure. I am on the BP pills for about forty years.  It is getting more complicated now, I have BP spikes that go over 200/125.

At 55 I had two ministrokes and I was on Plavix for about two years. Now I developed fluid on lungs

and get more tired. I walk dailly, have the right weight, do not smoke and try to live full life. In my life I had kidney problems on and off, but now it is not the case. What can I expect from this scenario?

Please, if you have any advise, let me know. Thank you!
